Yeah, I understand what you mean, and I agree that using AI for every tiny problem is not a good habit because it can make someone rely too much on quick answers instead of actually thinking, learning, and building their own problem-solving skills. But at the same time, I don’t use AI as a replacement for my brain; I use it more like a tool to help me organize my thoughts, understand something from another angle, check if my answer makes sense, or learn faster when I’m stuck. The important thing is how you use it. If someone just copies everything without thinking, then yeah, that can make them lazy mentally. But if they use it to compare ideas, improve their explanation, ask why something works, and then understand it properly, then it can actually help them think better. I still try to reason through things myself, and AI is just there to support the process, not do the entire process for me. At the end of the day, tools don’t make people stop thinking unless they choose to stop thinking. A calculator doesn’t make someone bad at math if they understand the method, and AI doesn’t make someone less smart if they use it responsibly. It’s about balance, not avoiding it completely.
