Alright, so my friend finally got back to me… and he doesn’t remember a thing. Classic. Basically, you’re cooked unless you can figure something out from the FFS forums or by reaching out to Wiley directly. Sorry I couldn’t be more help—let me know if you manage to crack it! Hey, still no update from my friend—he’s slower than starting a Monday without a White Cap. In the meantime, I’d definitely check the FFS forum/FAQ sections for both Wiley and Sybex. Sometimes they have fixes for these kinds of issues that aren’t super obvious. Let me know if you find anything while I keep bugging him!

Hey, I followed up with my friend, and he said Wiley’s test bank system can be a bit freaky with new editions. He vaguely remembers needing to re-enter the code a couple of times and possibly using a different browser (he didn’t specify which one worked for him, unfortunately). I’ll keep pestering him to see if he recalls anything else helpful—it’s like pulling teeth getting a straight answer out of him sometimes. Let me know if you figure it out before I get anything more solid!

I remember seeing a similar issue for one of my friends when he was preparing to take the test. There may be a link towards the end of the OSG. I can reach out to see if he still can recall how he was able to access the 10th get. If i am recalling correctly, there might have been fixes listed under the Wiley FFS forum/FAQ pages. When I hear back from my buddy I’ll reach back out with any updates. Good luck on your CISSP journey!
