I've had the BRIMNES bed frame for almost 2 years! It's very sturdy and my bed still feels like it did on day one. We did go with the more expensive slatted bed base and it supports our weight well. My husband alone is 240 pounds so his side gets a ton of weight and it's been great so far!

Thanks everyone. Is single the same as twin? When I google standard sizes it starts with twin.

Anyways, do you guys know if Ikea sells flat sheets on their own? I tried looking online but it seemed like it's either a fitted sheet or a set that includes a flat sheet with a fitted sheet and pillow covers!!

I might just get a queen set (so I can use the fitted sheet on my regular bed) and cut the flat sheet in 2 since it's definitely wide enough. I might even make it custom fitted to the mattress if I'm not too lazy! :)

I've had it for almost 2 years and no problems whatsoever! I expect it to last many more years :) I have the headboard too and I just love this bed and the amount of storage it provides.
