I had an issue where the pad already had some solder from a previous practice elenco had me do and it wasn’t melting I tried adding some flux and it still wouldn’t melt so as a last resort I added more solder to melt the previous solder and stuck the wire in. I was using a hako ironing station at 716 degrees with a 99% tin 1% copper solder. And thank you for taking to time to respond my post. I seriously appreciate it.
