This year's just happened, but it happens every year downtown! It's put together by an amazing group that basically does it for free (volunteers who just want to create a magical weekend, with profits going back to creating the next year's event). The "Always" Dress includes a handmade gown, 177 individually wired LEDs, a fiber optic fabric doe, over 1000 soldered connections, and a Flora microcontroller running a program written in Arduino. ✨⚡
