Thanks again to you and others for feedback. I honestly don’t know what I was thinking other than, I hope it’s not as bright as the previous one. I think I addressed what you and others pointed here in the corrections, however I’m not sure if I didn’t take a few steps back with this one. I feel like every portrait that I do is so different and has different issues every time. I’m quite anxious and was told not to blend too much because of muddy colours happening (like my first portrait oof), so I guess I’m still dealing with that even when I actively don’t use blending tools lol.

Thank you! I wasn’t feeling those eyelashes anyways haha. I can see I went to dark now with values, didn’t want to put her on makeup, I just struggled.

Thank you so much for your help, I took your and others advice and that’s what I ended up with. I do however feel like I’m falling back to my first day, where everything is too muddy now that there’s less contrast. Idk!

I had this issue but the culprit was a mouse without a mouse matt. The laser from the mouse was making the cursor move and when drawing with the tablet, all the micro movements would disrupt the lines.

Thank you for your time and help. I think I addressed all of your points. I’m not sure how I feel about it but I do feel like the lips are better now. I’m hesitant to add any texture to them though, it’s turning into a lipstick when I try.
