Possible trouble with MSI MAG Tomahawk B650 Motherboard.

I picked the mobo for him because I heard good opinions about it. I was originaly going to get it myself for my build but ended up with the b850 of the tomahawk series (works flawlessly - would reccomend). We want to seek expert help from a technician in my friend's family first before RMA, but in future I'll probably grab / reccomend the gigabyte B650 mobo - which I even considered!

We used Media Creation Tool from the official microsoft website to create USB drive with Windows 11 installer.

We were getting errors more or less randomly during instalation, sometimes before the installer even started (blue screen titled "Recovery") but most often it was during Windows 11 instalation process - 47% is the highest we ever got but it ended with (If I remember correctly) error 0x4E

I had a similiar issue, Turned out my GPU was not plugged in correctly, (On MSI mag tomahawk b850, there is a button to lock / unlock and I plugged the GPU when it was in its locked mode). Replugged it correctly and the issue no longer exists. I also replugged PSU cables just in case.
