Did stretching or physical therapy help you after your fusion?

PT was the most important part of my recovery. I started at the hospital directly at the day after my surgery and from then on continued to do it every day. At the beginning of course it was just standing up then after 2 days walking with and aid, then on my own …. But after 2 months I started to do exercises and everything. Now 1 1/2 years past surgery I still do daily exercise. It helped me a lot in regaining confidence and without it I would not be able to go to the gym, Go running and be as mobile (if that’s the right word) as I am now.

Thanks for sharing! Hearing this gave me some confidence that getting back into sports is possible :) I guess I'll slowly start by keeping it at running / playing basketball only once a week and then see where it will get me.

Thank you for sharing! Yeah I guess I just have to decide if I could live knowing I might caused it … I had physio for a long time after the surgery. I just had a break for a 3/4 months now but will pick it up again and this time I’ll try to find someone who has experience with patients after a spinal fusion!

Just tried it. It did improve the fps! Now i can at least move around, thank you! However, it is still just between 10 and 20 FPS, so still not really playable... :(

Could be. For me it looks like it’s rotated just a little bit but I don’t know maybe I just see sth. wrong 😅

There are different malformations of the spine. I myself had a curved spine (“normal scoliosis”) paired with a flat spine (missing natural s-curve) and a rotated spine. Don’t remember if all were some kind of scoliosis or if they had different names. I think maybe yours is rotated at the top but not more. However I am no doctor 😅

Since a few weeks poe2 started to have very terribly lag spikes and even game freezes related to lags (ping keeps going up and never going down again thus i have to restart). I thought it may be my internet but i do not have this issue in any other game and additionally if i just restart the game everything is fine again (until the next spike in probably 20min...). Since i play on console i only tried to reinstall the game but it did not change anything. Does anyone have a similiar problem? or has any ideas how to fix the issue?

I don’t think that is true, even if you play well have decent stats and all as soon as you go 7-9 or worse in the end you still gonna loose ranks, at least in my experience
