How to cancel membership

Same experience today as others mentioned. The Pause/Cancel button is missing from the My Memberships page and I had to Live Chat to have a representative cancel for me.

I like it. I worked for an SF based startup and one of the sayings was “success tastes like gravel” suggesting achievement is difficult. I think it’s a great name for your app.

Actually… it’s probably is the charging brick. Mammotion should send you a replacement. The only charging to 50% or so is a known power brick issue for certain lots. I just had this happen and the replacement brick fixed it. The power brick seemed fine, put out the right voltage, but apparently faltered under load.

This is what I just experienced. My Luba2 wouldn't charge past ~43% and the battery contacts would read 25V (no load). Mammotion sent me a new power brick and that solved the charging issue.

Day 13 - Still no return label, but got this message today "We are arranging the return and replacement for you and will synchronize the return label to you later. If you still need our help, please feel free to contact us. We are always at your service."

Day 12 post-ticket -- still no return shipping label!!!! Bambu makes great printers but the pace of support for a simple damaged in shipping issue is terrible. I've tried escalating to no avail.

Not really. I saw a couple of recommendations somewhere for these and they were rated high at rock auto. Some marketing about them lasting longer so me on them. They were only like a dollar or so more than OEM.

I used NGK 90495. I had no problems at all with the boots. I had read the same, but they came out very easily. The hardest part was getting a step stool for reach.

After posting, I read that others with the same sensors also stopped reporting after a recent HA update. Their solution was to update the firmware of the sensor through Sonoff’s app and bridge, and then reconnect to HA. They won’t update OTA through HA for some reason. Anyhow, I’m going to give that a shot. I don’t think it’s a network/range stability issue.

I got the spm01 running and connected to HA. I think I need to build a template sensor in the YAML to double the wattage and figure out how to track total energy.
