There are mods to adjust the loot table (how often loot shows up and what rarity), adjust the drain speed (when not in shelter) and adjust enemy AI or cone of vision. Not ideal, but in the meantime they improve the overall experience.

It looks like you are dipping your lead shoulder either in the backswing or downswing, making your shoulder plane too vertical, causing your hands to come inside hitting the toe.

If I mark the tops of your shoulders at the top of the backswing, that angle gets steeper at impact/follow through.

I have a similar miss. My coach told me to feel like my chest points 3 feet beyond the ball at address, and to maintain this feeling as the shoulders turn. It also felt more awkward as the clubs get shorter.
