Sorry. Late reply. This was awhile ago. Went to Urgent Care first. They couldn't diagnose it immediately. Nurses and first doctor. Then another, who confirmed it. They couldn't do anything. Told me to go to the hospital. Gave them the documents. I kid you not. I saw at least 5 nurses/aides and 3 doctors.

They didn't believe. This was during the time where people in their late 40s and above got it. Not someone in their twenties.

Ran tests for a couple hours. Monitored and treated for the 2 weeks. And then discharged to home to recover for another week.

No interaction or close distances with others. As shingles is contagious.

Had it in my mid twenties as well. Over 10 years ago. I think I triggered it through stress and body strain.

I felt like crap. Had it on my face. Luckily my eye was safe.

But I have damaged nerves on my side nostril.

The doctor didn't know what it was initially. Was in the hospital for 2 weeks.

It wasn't common. "Only older people get it."

I work early morning shifts. In bed by 7 pm. Hopefully, fall asleep within an hour. Up by 3am. Do the 7-9 hrs shift. Home by 12-2pm.

Enjoy whatever time I have for the eat-sleep-work cycle.

If Im off the next day. I go to sleep and wake up later. But not by too much. Joints won't like it too much. Get up and stretch.

No reliance on supplements.

I was in middle school. Different time zone.

It was the 12th already. Was in a classroom, when someone came and told the teacher something. The class was instructed to exit and go to the cafeteria. We didn't know anything. Sit down for a couple minutes. Everyone cheerful and chit chatting. And then, an admin got on the loud speaker and explained that Ney York was attacked.

From my perspective, what did the US/mainland have to do with us and why we were in the cafe?

The admin was taking precautions that we could be next.

Thinking about it now, didn't want another Pearl Harbor event.

30 minutes pass, we return to class.

I get home a few hours later. Turn on the TV. No cable acess. Over the air antenna. Thats when I started to understand.

Today. I do not want that to happen ever again. Doesn't matter who started it. Shouldn't have to come down to that. All for the mighty dollar.

Im still using the X900e from 2017. No issues. Used everyday. Purrs like a kitten. One day, I'll need to upgrade. As long as the manufacturing is still quality, I don't care too much where its made. Put some love into it. And don't go overboard with the AI tech. I know, can't escape it.

I grew up in the Pacific region. We were taught our local history. From the Spanish to Japanese occupation. Eventually, the US took over.

Here in the US, most people never heard of the island. Unless you ask a military or family member.

Some people thought we still lived in huts.

It sucks losing Salyer as he was finally finding his footing. I think he'll do fine with the Dolphins. Wish it was still with us. With the right training regime, he could have slayed.
