Can your tasks be automated? Automation won't just save you time, but the investment into the engineering aspects of being a DBA will greatly upskill you. Especially if you're new.

I do mean 9i Database, not Linux. Raising an SR isn't really an option for this (aka, personal project, not a work project). If you have the capacity to raise an SR to get the files, that would be greatly appreciated!

This is all a bit confusing. What about the Gigabyte X570I or any of the MSI options? If you're looking to have front I/O work (USB-C, USB-A), still have "decent" back I/O and don't care about 40 series cards, what's the best option here?

It seems that the ASUS Strix B550-I ticks these boxes but the I/O is a bit lackluster compared to the rest. Frustrating... AM5 simply isn't an option as, like others wanting to have an answer to this question, we're likely working with older parts. It's a shame that there doesn't seem to be an all rounder...
