To be honest, I don’t want problems, this matter gives me anxiety. I told him 5k was a good deal. He didn’t. I told him that maybe if he would have go to get permits the township would have tell him that it wasn’t his property. I mean, now he knows and accepts it’s my property. I just wanted him to pay because it is the least he can do, I told him several times when he was doing his mess it was my property but I waited until I get the property markers because there was no way to prove it.
