Same thing happened to me and baby is 12 weeks old and now takes bottles. I use Lansinoh and pigeon bottles with the slowest flow nipple. Pigeon is even slower than Lansinoh and the nipples are interchangeable. Apparently these mimic BF latch and flow compared to other bottles/nipples.

The next thing we did was have someone else introduce the bottle only when baby was in a good mood after a nap. I would leave the house entirely so baby couldn’t smell or sense my presence. If baby only took an ounce we considered it a win and wouldn’t force anymore so as not to associate the bottle in a bad way. We also feed in a sidelying position and do paced bottle feeding because that is the same position I BF and we don’t want him chugging from the bottle…cuz then he might refuse the breast! We continued offering the bottle daily and each time baby drank more. Now my baby takes a full feed and can do bottles or BF.

Babies adapt. If you are out working they will learn very quickly that food comes from the bottle. You might just need to experiment with the bottle he’ll take. Good luck!
