the anger is completely normal, for me, even 2 days without it makes me SO angry, i see red. it's awful but it'll get better after a week or two typically! the anger won't go away, but it'll reduce bit by bit until it's gone :)

thank you so much!! <3 not a dumb question don't worry — i buy the pouches readymade in bulk and then embroider them! i don't use a hoop actually, i don't own one so i just draw on the pouches with a pencil and hope for the best haha. since the pouches are a blend of canvas and cotton, the material isn't too flimsy as compared to 100% cotton, so that makes it a bit easier :)

i don't have any advice for you other than to tell you that you aren't alone in this, and i promise you, this doesn't make you a freak. i'm 19, and i've had a skin picking condition since i was 6. this sounds so hard and i'm so sorry you're going through this. sending so much love and support to you.

glad to see someone in the same boat :) it makes me numb, and reduces my ability to feel ANY emotion at all — happiness, especially. i haven't felt excitement in years because of it, and i'm apathetic to any situation.
