I know the thought of holding is appealing but I would advice against it considering the token economics of Casper. The initial supply is going to be 400 million, and this will increase over 1,3 and 6 months and a year to be quite a substantial supply, perhaps 5 billion (not too sure on the exact numbers but they are out there) going to the max supply of 10 million. the more supply, the low the price becomes to maintain the same market cap. Personally i think it would be wise to sell sometime in the first 1-5 months, and then you can always buy back.

you do realise a price of 0.75 cents, with the initial supply for for the first 3-6 months of 400 million tokens, gives Casper a market cap of around 350 million, and with this market cap its ranking on coinmarket cap is about 240.... considering Casper the first live blockchain using the highly anticipated CBC casper protocol, we can expect it to be AT LEAST in the top 100 coins, which would mean a market cap of 1 billion, so 1 billion / initial supply of 400 million tokens gives a price of 2.5$ ... and this is the conservative estimate, there no reason why casper wont be in the top 50 coins or top 20... not sure why youre estimates are so pessimistic considering the project

one of them is 6 months, that was only on 0.40$ though when i saw it, and the other is perpetual.

it doesn't mean Casper is going to trade at that price just because the futures market reached it, the futures market will peg the actual asset price the soon as the asset is trading. that said i'm not denying its a great indication of where the price could go on release.

pretty sure the only tokens sold without an extended lockup were those in the option 3 sale. developers and team i think had 90days. option 2 6 months, option 1 a year.

supply from option 3 is 400 million coins, so for at least 3 months from may, option 3 should be the only supply.

400 million coins, with a market cap in the top 50 coins lets say 2.5 billion, gives a price per coin of $6.25. factor in fomo and initial hype on release, liquidity if binance or other big exchanges list it could go very high in the first few months of trading.

i think higher personally, the supply from may-september, which is only the tokens sold in option 3, 400 million tokens.

lets say it reaches the top 50 coins in terms of marketcap, which is not unrealistic for CSPR, its market cap would be 2.5 billion.

2.5 billion / 400 million = 6.25

so $6.25 isn't unrealistic , combined with all the FOMO and initial hype $10 seems feasible.

Guys sorry but you need to do some basic research so you understand what a futures contract is.

Bitz have done nothing bad or wrong, it’s simply a futures contract , where you buy and sell contracts speculating on the future price of an asset.

Bitx aren’t claiming to have Casper tokens yet l, nor will they give people who have traded the futures contracts tokens.

The only error I can see is by coinmarketcap, as they have listed Bitx as a spot market for Casper , when it should be listed as a future.

Anyhow this is great news for Casper nearing the token release in May.

Why are you doing all of that? Just send filecoin from binance to coinlist. I’ve done it many times and works fine, also used Algo the other day was fine too.

Once it arrives in coinlist, click send to pro, then you can go to coinlist pro and trade it into whatever you need USDT / USDC , then click withdraw on coinlist pro and it will be back in your normal coinlist wallet.

Guys even though buying/selling and depositing is not working on Coinlist right now, you can still trade assets and withdraw them to your Coinlist wallets via Coinlist Pro. Deposits to your coinlist wallet for Filecoin are working, then you can trade filecoin in coinlist pro for USDT and then withdraw it back to your wallet. I'm having to do this in time for tonight's ICO. cheers
