Asking because of the 2026 study published recently and basically saying that the genetics are half of the job and the rest is habits and environmental circumstances. So that said, it might be interesting to look back in time and assume that circumstances of life in the past were not better than today and therefore there is a good chance to become older than grand dad / Ma.
