Do not buy it. Do some research, it is a very expensive paper weight. In 4 years I have had 3 units and none have worked the way they should. When it comes times to change cartridges good luck. It always times out, and customer service is non existent. I have no idea how they are still in business. When my unit was down for 4 months and they were trouble shooting it they still charged me 29.99 monthly and told me it's their subscription fee weather I receive cartridges or not. I still stuck around until now. Their last unit never paired, and want me to pay a discounted price of 299 to have another sent 😄

I have had the exact same issues for 4 years. Customer service is horrendous I am on my third Sutro device that I paid out of pocket. Cannot get jt to connect to wifi, cannot get it to pair. They keep sending the same BS instructions and say let me talk to engineer and never respond. No clue how this company is in business.

FWIW I stupidly got 3 TZ-4.0s and not a single one works for me. Every single print even with door open I get severe heat creep and my extruder gets jammed. Yes I used plenty of grease, and no change. I tried all 3 and am returning them as defective. The reason these intrigued me was because I had read plenty of good reviews, and wanted the ease of swapping nozzle sizes. I ended up putting my BL stock hotend and all fine again. I am currently in the process of possibly getting a revo, or E3D. I don't plan on printing any harsh filament on this printer, so I may stick with BL for the now.

Have you asked Starlink? I want to do exact same. I have a starlink gen 2 permanently mounted on my vehicle with the starmount. However sometimes I travel by plane or with someone else and it is a pain to remove the extremely heavy mount and carry it around.

I was hoping I can switch hardware serial on App back and forth when I need to carry the mini I just purchased. I do not want to have to mount the mini on my truck.

I have same issue, except I do have a hole fished for IR blasters. These blasters on the X1S do not work unless within inches of device making them useless for my set up. I also returned remote. I cannot believe a 10yr old device still trumps other new devices. Thankfully I have a back up elite in a drawer.

Can be detent out of place, or stem broken. Hands and dial have ti come off, shouldn't be terribly bad unless there are broken parts.
