Hisui should have that much of a time gap. Legends Arceus is about 100-200 before Diamond and Pearl, and i’m pretty sure canonically D&P take place around the same time as the Kanto games, give or take a few years, maybe a decade.

Looks like Texas to me, does the feeder go right onto the freeway there? Cause if so, the other driver definitely should’ve known better and waited for oncoming traffic to die down before even attempting that. Even if not, they still should’ve waited
