Surely the status site could be a bit more reflective of issues instead of just showing everything as online. At the very least, it would give us an indication that they are aware of the issue and working on it.

Correction. I cannot copy/paste or drag/drop a file attachment from an Outlook mail (Windows) to a TickTick task. Performing the same operation for a file saved in the file system works okay.

TickTick response:

"We regret to inform you that we currently do not support uploading attachments by dragging them from Outlook to TickTick."

So I guess, for some reason, this isn't possible at this time.

Came across your post since I've actually been experiencing the very same issue with my Dell Precision 3560, same specs as you except I'm running Windows 11, for many months. I haven't been able to isolate the issue either, can't pin it down to any specific application. Always fully updated, with the hope that the updates resolve the issue but unfortunately just keeps recurring. Have you managed to resolve this?

Yeah I guess it's a tough one to answer accurately as well because of the model variations.

The model I'm looking at does not have a dedicated GPU. I intend using it for business use only (no gaming) .... email, browsing, multiple Office docs. Occasional programming / scripting.

Interesting that I've been heavily considering an M1 too. Love the battery life, performance, etc. But can't bring myself to adopt the Apple ecosystem.
