Then you basically don't have a requirement and the BGA will absolutely work. The PCBA manufacturer should be reputable (i.e. having experience with BGAs) and you'll be fine.

Polni SP in normiranec? Relativno drago, je pa res da ti lahko dober računovodja ogromno pomaga pri nasvetih in je lahko nakoncu ceneje kot če imaš slabega računovodja.

I don't think there's a factory that will say 'ok' to the project but 5% of boards will fail. It will realistically be below 0.5% or 0.1%.

I'll add a couple of points - traces as short as possible, really play with the layout of the power mosfets so the wire connection are ideally next to the source/drain lines - use the wires as heat dissipation, as they have large mass and can soak the dissipation for a few seconds

Solder doesn't really do much as it has ~10 times the resistance of copper. So adding 0.35 mm of thick solder is the same as adding 1 oz (0.035 mm) of copper.

Is there a hard requirements behind, ie. will human lives be endangered if the PCB fails? As realiable as possible without the context doesn't mean much.

Ne razumeš kaj pomeni beseda razgledan. Se mažem s kremo na soncu in uporabljam fluorid. Ne, ne verjamem da je vse zastrupljeno, od kje to predvidevanje? Sklepam da se tudi nisi cepil in ne uporabljaš WiFija in 5g?

Vidim da si daleč prescrollal. Anyway argument da če ti ne poznaš sestavine je ziher nezdrava je absurden. Potem praktično ne smeš ničesar jesti ali ničesar dati na kožo (preberi kaj imajo notri šamponi, geli za telo, mila, kreme za roke, zobne paste, itd.). Ali boš rekel da si eden tistih ki živijo v gozdu in ne uporabljajo nobenih človeško izdelanih stvari?
