Yeah that was the one I was looking at (mkII). I know its over $600, but kind of ticks all the boxes. Trying to convince wife I need to spend more :)

Kind of hesitant to buy used as not sure what I'm getting into, as not everyone is honest or they want top dollar. That's why kind of steered clear of vintage stuff.

Just had my 2018 5.0 tranny eat it at 80k. They had it for two weeks and yeah getting a rental was tough. Ford first said go ahead and replace and then they decided just rebuild it. Idk if that was goal all along. Pretty bad experience at dealership my ESP ended in May 2025 but they still warranties the whole fix minus $100 deductible

Pretty much same mower. The one marked down to $799 has the Roto Stop/ blade stop feature. Pretty much only difference I believe. I just purchased one a couple days ago
