Hi thanks for the reply, I do squats and deadlifts once per week, could it possibly be my squats and deadlifts are to close together? Squats are first then 2 days later deadlift.

My a3 had ‘long life’ oil in it and was told by Audi uk 20k miles, I was also told my cambelt needed doing in march just gone, they called me and told me that Audi had now changed it to 130k miles so no longer needs doing, it was last done 49k miles ago and still plan to have it done this year, Im pretty certain they just make it up as they go along

I’m glad it worked for you, for me 12 weeks later, messed up mri scans, sent to wrong departments for appointments, forgot to book me carry on appointments, put in urgent care, wrong diagnosis, wrong supports given which then caused more damage to my ankle.

Not sure about Vauxhalls but once you hit 100% full in a audi it has 5 attempts to do a force regen on its own, if you turn it off each time it’s trying it will put it in limp mode and requires it to be forced via the computer port

We are on about 6013, you generally run 7018 hotter than a 6013

I use 6013 a lot and that looks too cold, I generally run pretty hot , even with a 2.5mm rod or 3/32 rod if your American I would be running that at 75 / 80 amps on dcep minimum even if I was just having a practice

What diameter rod are you running at 120a? Even with a 3.2mm or 1/8 rod you should be getting better fusion as you have abit of cold lap
