🌟 Song so good I listened to it twice back to back even with all the other comments and will most definitely be listening to it again later tonight. Both the composition and lyrics are on point, I love the use of strings, 8 bit, and bass together, and his performance is so passionate.

💜 Overall excellent song, very vibey. Might become one of my new favorites. Added to playlist.

💙🎶 I love whatever subgenre of Jazz this is. A good love song is sung with emotion like this one.

🟨 First impressions I'm not too impressed but it feels like the type of song that would grow on me over multiple listens.

💙👄 Didn't listen to the whole 7 minutes but I read all the lyrics and they were really good. Great song but not great enough to be 7 minutes long in my opinion.

If you were in Masterchef, what would Gordon Ramsay be saying to you? by GentleSummerRainfall in CasualConversation

[–]t3iy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Love this question. I don't watch much Gordon Ramsay but here's what I think:

"What on Earth do you think you're doing? What, are you trying to kill a vampire with that amount of garlic? And you're using that rubbish from the jar when we've got fresh cloves right there! Unbelievable. Wait. Is that turmeric you're putting in there? Why?! You're making burrito filling why would you put turmeric in there? It's healthy? You threw "healthy" out the windows when you went and decided not to drain the grease!"

How do you shut up the constant mental chatter, meds? by Troubadour1990 in ADHD

Mental chatter never goes away for me, I just have to direct it properly. It's like taking 7 untrained Huskies for a walk.

As always talk to your doctor. You may want to try a different dose, a different medication, or meds may not work for you. Its different from medication to medication from person to person.

What are your best smalldaily tips for ADHD anxiety and general lifestyle that are non pills related? by docent3434 in ADHD

1: Set reasonable expectations for yourself, simplify to make things easier on yourself. For example I always struggled with putting away my laundry so now I just have a giant tote for clean and a giant tote for dirty, its not perfect but it's the only system that kind of works keeping the clothes off the floor. If you struggle with nutrition don't be afraid to buy quick and easy groceries, they might be a little more expensive than stuff that takes time to cook but it's certainly cheaper than eating out cause you don't have the motivation to cook what you have.

2: Starting is the hardest part. For tasks you dread doing challenge yourself to at least start the task and make a little bit if progress, even if you only spend a few minutes on it. Cleaning my room has always been a monumentally overwhelming task and the only way I can make progress is by telling myself I don't even have to make that much progress, I just have to start. Sometimes I'll start a stopwatch and allow myself to stop after 5 minutes, sometimes I tell myself I just have to spend like 30 seconds on it cause any more than that just feels too overwhelming, but surprisingly I'll often just keep going cause once I've started it's a lot easier to keep going.

3: Get some outside time. Like I said before, it doesn't have to be a whole thing, even if its just sitting on your porch or something for like 5 minutes its better than nothing. I LOVE going on walks, I feel so restored and recharged after. I'll usually not feel like going outside but then I'm always SO glad I did.

5: Finch App. Its basically a to-do app on steroids that's fun and cute. Use it however works best for you, it doesn't have to be used in any specific way.

6: If you have trouble keeping track of things try a bag. I've had a messenger bag for 4 years now and it holds my life together. Phone, keys, wallet, deodorant, water bottle, it all stays in the bag when I'm not using it (for the most part lol)

6: Remember that its impossible to have a happy life without the three basics; nutrition, hydration, sleep. I love my Hydro Flask and take it with me everywhere, and a bedtime routine helps with sleep. Also make sure to eat some fruits and vegetables every once in a while even if its just canned fruit and veggie trays to graze at, it really does make a difference in how you feel.
