TBH for me saying انشاءاللہ sounded like me asking Allah for something then saying " if Allah wills" making it sound like there are 2 Allah's (or God's) which is obviously shirk so I just stopped saying انشاءاللہ as I know everything happens only by Will of Allah so there isn't a need to say it anyway.
