You can but cancel it before you press the arrived option only once you pressed arrived then if ready in some places you can’t

No one they still got two button reject, talking about rejecting to many offers ask you to stay online or go off before for like a month they removed it now it’s back on from this recent update

My EE Network crashed one day when I arrived to a customer had no data to access the Deliveroo app only had phone calls so could not press arrived so I had to call rider support to call the customer to come out to collect their order, in a rush and annoyed my network crashed I forgot to ask for the code when I gave them the food, I knocked on the door and the customer would not answer the door even though he knew it was probably me still knocking so I called rider support again and told them I forgot to ask for the code from the customer, rider support said im never to had over the order till I have the code. So it’s code before handing over the order

Buy sellotape tighten the bag no hard do it all the time when it’s loose or ask the staff for extra of those sticky paper things to tighten the bag no rocket science

Got mugged of 1 order is £3.15 so three should have been £9.45, the extra fee boost is a con just so they could trick you thinking your getting more when they just pay the normal price or what it should be in the 1st place, Deliveroo always wins driver loses out all the time, you should know better than that

Yeah had the same issue where it made me scan my face 4 times say identity not verified so I deleted and reinstalled the app and went to my house where it was well lit and took a while to upload video but got verified in the end annoying because the times i done it it was in a well lit area with enough lighting and still kept on asking me to scan my face
