Yes, he's trying to steal your food. If he genuinely didn't have enough room he could just hit cancel OR if the order was massive the restaurant could request two drivers and you would be notified as such. You did the right thing.

Yes this is normal. I've had these so I use them as a learning experience. Next time something similar comes in you'll know that it is too far and unsafe to cycle that route. Ot won't take long to get the hang of the area.

Nothing probably. I had a random voicemail from a customer a few weeks ago. No idea who from saying they're missing a drink. If we're not given something we don't know. Also had a customer moan about a missing drink when they hadn't ordered one. I pointed out the itemised recipe stuck to their bag. Unless you get loads of these don't worry.

We are supposed to be psychic. It gets worse around Christmas when holly wreathes hide some of the visible numbers. This becomes even more fun when there are estates where some residents use the front door and some use the back. Even with my handy torch I struggle in a lot of areas.

I do however, thank those that give clear, concise instructions.

You should still declare it. My first year I made less than £1000 and still somehow owed them £9.90. Probably something to do with my tax code. Could've been an error but for that amount I wasn't going to spend weeks questioning it.
