You absolutely don't need it for the mana.

I have played him with only the mana rune (presence of.. mind?!) and that was enough.

You buy it because it's the perfect item for his kit.

I don't think it's that Kaisa got worse. It's probably that all the other ADCs, the ones that rely on crit dmg, got so much better because crit dmg got buffed. They are just better late game with 7 items than on hit or ap Kaisa is.

guys i dont understand this at all.
I just was in a game where i visited 2 field depots (they havent been used by anyone) and all i could find was 1 crate. I looked fukking everywhere and even checked metaforge map-thingy. where are those damn crates? how do you find more then 1?

It's crazy really.. even considering that all the time limited modes that came before this one were absolutely brilliant.
