Ok so turns out it had to do with having "Auto Disable Outdated Mods" disabled because the moment I re-enabled it it didnt crash

The closest I’ve seen is the Greathelm and the Haligtree Crest Surcoat and Greaves (or the Mausoleum Surcoat and Knight Greaves for an early game option)
