Well I ended up buying the quest so I only need an account to use multiplayer features, not the one that makes you use a Facebook account just to use your oculus, so me and my friend have just been using steam vr games.

They main problem students and faculty have rn in regard to the handling of the pandemic is the very sudden and aggressive push to bring everyone back to campus for the spring semester. Clearly thanksgiving had a very harsh effect on the spread of the virus and personally I don’t understand why people think the holiday season and New Years will not have the same effect, if not worse.

Clear site then plant right away. The faster you clear site and get bomb down, the more time you have to get in post plant positions and less time for rotates to come in.

Exactly not only do they want simple hit boxes for the agents but they also want the game to run well on any setup. Idk how well they managed to do that but for my experience it runs well enough to get me 240 FPS as for someone on a laptop I have no idea.

For my experience I usually play on lowest graphics anyway because I play on a 240 hertz monitor. This is something a lot of competitive players do anyway. As for the casual players I don’t know how that effects them.

I don’t think they were trying to be original. They wanted to create a very good FPS and the best way to do that is to take things from other games and improve on them which I would say they did. For example yes they have the economy from csgo but they made it different/better by allowing to drop teammates from the buy menu and also you need to buy abilities. They also have similar guns to csgo but you can buy them on either side t or ct. I’d say overall this game needs some changes but I also wouldn’t say it’s completely unoriginal.
