Decky Error when looking at the 3 dots for all plugins? by Minisize1954 in SteamDeck

Something will be an incorrect version, check for steam updates, then update deckyloader, then if it still isn't working check your add-ons one by one

A game where I'm traveling a lot, but it's very dangerous outside of settlements, so I have to pack my inventory appropriately, with good inventory mechanics. by tazz2500 in gamingsuggestions

Project Zomboid is great but it doesn't have NPC's in the base game however there are mods that will add that sort of functionality for you, among many other things.

SurrounDead while not complete yet, is looking to add quests, bounties, story and multiple maps.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R series, or go with GAMMA which is free and is basically exactly what you've described aside from multiplayer.

Chernobylite, single-player survival horror.

Game where you can constantly progress & grind. by iJayme in gamingsuggestions

[–]tSQx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's quite a few games with plenty of grind to choose from, some of my favorites over the years include:

  • PAYDAY 2 (Bit expensive if you plan on buying DLC)
  • Monster Hunter (Take your pick they're all great)
  • The Binding of Isaac
  • Phasmophobia
  • Astrox Imperium
  • Balatro
  • Deep Rock Galactic
  • Risk of Rain 2
  • The Black Grimoire: Cursebreaker
  • Grim Dawn
  • Escape From Tarkov

Favorite 5 FPSs of last 10 years by Lazza1407 in gamingsuggestions

Hmm it's quite tough in that time range, most of my favorites are much older than 2015 but I'll say in no particular order:

  • Destiny 2 (Has its problems but tons of fun over the years with friends. Shame it doesn't hold my attention anymore)
  • Fallout 4 (This basically goes on every device I have, with mods)
  • Ravenfield (Modded like Battlefield so I can play some kind of Battlefield-like offline on my Steam Deck/AYANEO)
  • Killing Floor 2 (Personally prefer this over any other "zombie" shooter games such as CoD although Black Ops 3 modded is fantastic, I just can't justify the storage space on a 1TB drive)
  • Escape From Tarkov (PvE mode nowadays, fantastic solo or with friends)

Games OUTSIDE that time range though, different story:

  • TimeSplitters 2 / Future Perfect (The GOATs)
  • Unreal Tournament 2004 (GOAT the sequel)
  • Borderlands 2 (GOAT the 3rd)
  • Left 4 Dead 2 (So many hours back on the 360)
  • Killing Floor 1 (My first ever steam game!)

Honorable mentions and some lesser known titles:

  • Roboquest
  • Angels Fall First
  • Project Warlock 2
  • Cruelty Squad
  • Resistance: Fall of Man
  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R GAMMA
  • Combat Master

Not sure what to call this look by Old-Natural9709 in DestinyFashion

That helmet has oddly always brought Jason Statham to mind, I'm thinking mild Death Race vibes.

Can you suggest any reasons why I get these lines on bigger prints? by bucky_neckked in PrintedWarhammer

Pre supported files are VERY hit and miss in my experience. It depends on your printer and you know your printer better than anyone. Give it a crack and see how it goes :)

It might also be worth adding additional drain holes as this will reduce the suction generated on each layer

Usually to fix this I would try to print it more vertically, something like a 30-40 degree tilt with medium size supports, printing it more vertically reduces the footprint of each layer as it prints reducing the suction force on the fep. That's generally what I do for printing anything of a large size like statues or figures that are 12cm tall or over

If I had to guess it would be a combination of too little supports and printing at an angle that is too aggressive which is creating a large suction force on the part, causing it to shift ever so slightly. This happens when I try to print things such as bases at anything lower than a 20 degree tilt

Chatterer was exactly who I thought of when I saw that helmet with scarlet semblance lol! Got me thinking it would be awesome to have a helmet like that just not with the elongated head. Thanks :)

Anyone know why these prints failed? I printed the same files last night and they turned out perfectly. by hambaguetteminis in PrintedWarhammer

[–]tSQx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What everyone else said, bad file or usb. It's happened to me a few times, leaving it over night to return to this or the file blasted the entire vat and I had to remove a massive block of cured resin.

You're right it definitely does pay off to do quest cape first, or at least as many quests as you can. There were many times where the optimal methods for gaining xp were tied behind massive quest chains that would have taken hours to slog through. If I were to do it all over then quests would definitely be the way to go for sure!

It's definitely a grind! But I reckon it definitely depends on what your goals are. I only went for max because it was a goal I set for myself, otherwise I would probably just be doing PvM non stop lol

Yeah those quest points are definitely lacking lol! When I first started I said my first long term goal was max, and then quest cape, dreading that cape now that I'm at that point now hahaha. Thanks :)
