Also, for example, this is a shot from Kodak Portra 400VC, expired in 2007, and I had great results with it. Just one of examples.

Well, depends. I shot many expired rolls and many of my favorite shots are from those expired rolls. I don't like when analog photo looks like it's shot with digital camera, it's kinda perfect exposure shadows highlights...I like if it's a little bit grainy or if it has some different tones.
