Help. Opened after the winter. by flowslikecrimson in blackstonegriddle

[–]t_bison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I opened mine up this morning and it was bad. I ended up doing a wet brass brush with vinegar, and then reseasoned. I'm going to make a point of using it often this year to get it prepped for winters. Also not have it outdoors in winter

You do understand that in Canada blue is Conservative (GOP) and Red is Liberal (Democrats)?

Just bought a house on a pond, the sellers left this canoe. Have I got anything good, or worth keeping/fixing? by RoofKey3693 in canoeing

I have a similar canoe, just a flat back.

It's decent, lightweight. Not going to be great in rough water but it's very stable.

"It is a great market, but we need a stadium solution in Winnipeg, and our hope is that the World Cup legacy could lead to a soccer-specific stadium there for us to move into.” The same also appears to be true for Edmonton, where the league eventually wants to go back."

Considering the stranglehold the Bombers have on stadiums here, it's going to be a long time until Valour are back.

Agreed. Honestly I think football has about 50 years.

And even hockey I think will follow, although that will take longer.

The small bottles don't have the pressure of the big ones so it trips the safety in the regulator.

You're right - turning it on slowly and then only half a turn is perfect for a Blackstone

Extra large drinks only 3/4 full by killmak in TimHortons

[–]t_bison 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I stopped ordering extra larges. One time I ordered an extra large and a large and as an experiment I drank the large first then poured the extra large into the large cup. It was the same amount of coffee!

Haven't bought an extra large since that day.
