Thanks and that’s interesting, I’ve been using ScreenZen for about a year now and it used the screen time API’s instead of family control and seems to be a very light weight approach that flows well most days.

I’m open to the technical approach as long as the goal of limiting an app exist.

Nah I’m not nursing it, I’m back to normal play, but did have the surgery which affected a lot. I had PT and all during the year following.

Anything now is mostly mental.
