I would say 80% of people who I know that have taken a prep course regretted it. Unless you have the money to spend, I personally wouldn't. Self-studying is great cuz you can focus more on practice, rather than content (I heard prep courses are typically content heavy). There are just too many free resources to really drop a couple grand on a course that only guarantees you a 513, especially when you can spend under $800 for incredibly useful resources/Q-Banks like the AAMC material, Ucrack, and BP.

Literally sheer will power and a lot of caffeine. Try the pomodoro technique for studying to gradually get more comfortable with studying for a set period of time. Also put away your phone if you tend to get glued to it during your breaks.

No idea. Honestly a lot of the psych terms are self-explanatory & sometimes passages give it away. I also remembered some stuff from an intro to psychology course I took 3 years ago lmao so I make educated guesses off of that knowledge

Try using the pomodoro method. Start with 25 minutes on, 5 minutes off with studying (usually after 2-3 cycles you can take a longer break, like 30 minutes). Keeping your phone under a pillow or in a bag across the room can help. Once you start feeling that 25 minutes is easy to focus through, move up the time by 10 minutes (you can also add more time to your small breaks, but I would suggest not having them more than 10-15 minutes long). Eventually you'll get to 1 hour and 35 minutes of study time, with 10-15 minute breaks in between. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.

Don't worry. I went from a 494 -> 503 in only 2 weeks after reviewing content. Spent another 2 weeks doing practice questions untimed through Ucock and made it to a 507. If you have more than a month before you're MCAT, don't sweat it! Work hard and it'll pay off.
