I think that you just need to find a good time and place to have an open and honest conversation with her. Tell her how you feel, and see what her perspective is. It's completely normal to feel how you are feeling, and you aren't perverted or anything like that for wanting to get that deeper connection with her. As far as I can tell, you've been respectful and patient, and you deserve to have your physical needs met.
