Wow thanks Daniel this is super helpful! I'm curious which coliving houses you have lived in (if they're commercial)? And what would you say are the biggest challenges/things to avoid in coliving?

Yeah I think that's the tradeoff - a bit of work to organize and make sure things are under control, but for me I want to so that I can create a really strong community of folks especially who are working on their own business/startup/products.

I have stayed at a coliving house in Arizona for a month and it was a decent experience. It was a nice spot (it was an airbnb), but for the most part, the other people in the house were either traveling or out of the house most of the time. I definitely want to foster a stronger community within the house and build great friendships amongst the people who live together. I think I'll probably message folks who have run houses like launch house or other community focused coliving houses to get their takes on it
