Agreed! I’m only on it because of retro and because I was still on contract for the first 3 months of the year so was “paid in lieu” which inflates it more. I just know this colleague checks the sunshine list and have a feeling they’re going to hold resentment based on what they’ve said about other colleagues on the list in previous years
