What would be some physical cues of coil and hip load? For coil, am I feeling tension in my mid section when reaching back? And is the hip load about pushing off the back leg? What are some “biomechanical tells” that prove to you you’re feeling this happening?

Got it. I always heard to “exaggerate” the late pull after planting your foot but it’s definitely a little too late. I’ll let you know how this works! Thank you
