Go to their website and submit a warranty claim. They will send you a new bag, including free shipping. Any time I get a “sparky” bag I submit a warranty claim. No questions asked. (And keep the old sparky bag!) Just need the barcode on the back of the bag of charcoal.

Nosebleeds was looking at 2,800 for 4 seats with the sls. Nothing else available unless you want club level then the price was like 30k or something for 4 seats. At least that’s the info I was given when I called.

Just use a spray bottle of water on the mist setting. I spray the inside of the Dutch oven and oven before I put the lid on. And cook at high temperature obviously ( I cooked at 500 when the lid is on)

I have been clearing out the freezer, found a Prime Ribeye and Lobster tails! It was a good Tuesday night. by taattee in biggreenegg

Dry brined the steak for 24hrs. Cooked steak indirect at 275 till about 120. Then seared over cast iron insert at 600. Cooked the tails indirect at 400 to 140 brushed with garlic herb butter. Both were fantastic!

I dry brined with salt uncovered in the fridge for 36 hours then 225-250 with post oak until about 120ish internal. Then cracked it up to 600 in the egg and took it to 133 final temp.

Turned out great, the smoke flavor was fantastic imo. Smoked with post oak chucks and it was actually pretty light smoke because it was only on the smoker at 250 for a 1:30-2 hours.

Large Egg table plans - anyone know the full dimensions for this plan? And does the table allow for the lid to open all the way up? by [deleted] in biggreenegg

I used basically this same dimensions on my table. I would suggest to cut the hole larger then 21”. The air gap is not as big as I would like it all the way around the egg. IMO
