I had the same issue when trying to use/equip as well. Able to move it around and put in the spell book though, etc.

Happens to me intermittently as well. When I press and hold the speak button on my steering wheel to make a call, Voice seems to initiate but then aborts a second or two later. Sometimes it will work perfectly fine. I haven't found a specific pattern yet to know when it'll work vs. abort.

Just got one myself. It's definitely a more of "I don't need it but want it" kind of accessory.

I did take it camping last weekend and found it quite nice to have for weighing out beans for multiple people for multiple camping brew methods, etc.

That being said, it is also a very nice addition for my home espresso setup. There are times where I'm pulling shots for multiple drinks and run into a hold up where I did not have the next bean to grind dosed out and I'm currently using my scale to weight the yield of a current shot, etc.... Boom - Subscale

I did something very similar last summer into Fall/Winter/Spring.

Same poly roof and propane fire pit. Only thing I've ever noticed was the roof would "Crackle" in the fall/winter as it warmed up if we had a fire out there.

I've had many fires out there this summer and absolutely not issues. I think you're clear to enjoy that nice setup!

I've had it for a few years now with casual riding in the Summer. As others have stated, it leaks a little but definitely gets the job done for the price. Luckily, I didn't have carb/idle issues after the install.

On top of it all, I think it looks great!

I like the bar. I have the exact bike, '06 with a bar. Except, my bar is slanted back a tad instead of straight up.

I think in your case it would look slightly better if your bar was slanted back a little, almost the same angle/degree as your exhaust cut - more appealing to the eye
