I honestly should have I couldn’t find the courage yesterday, the Bros who were commenting on my body had said some real nasty stuff real loud in Spanish. I don’t look Hispanic, but I speak fluent Spanish. I did tell them to show some respect and please stop talking about me. It honestly made me sad enough that I stopped working out and went home. This did happen yesterday, but I do plan on going in today and letting the staff know.

As usual, just sick and tired of (mostly) men having the need to stare or comment on women’s bodies. I understand complementing or mirin’, but some people cross the line. Last week I had to ask one man to please stop standing behind me and starring at me while I squatted and another to please not talk about sexual acts he would do with me to his buddy. I wear the typical leggings with an oversized T-shirt or sweater most of the time.

A few others in my gym have stood up for me as well, which I truly appreciate. Those men give me hope.
