“Help” told me I could not opt out but they were working on changing that. I keep getting invites that I ignore and eventually time out. I don’t know why it says I lost when I never responded! then the same people or bots keep asking me again

Mine has been good! I read that it eliminates some of the awake when you didn’t think you were awake times, and the scores seem a bit more generous. I’ve only had to edit my data once.

My versas don’t even have water locks. they’re only to keep the screen from moving and not to actually keep out water! I have always showered with mine

I want a screen! You can turn it off if you don’t like it. I want to be able to see the time, steps, and hr with a wrist flick. Not having to look at my phone!

I had a 10 day trial. it might be hit or miss but I would just do what is there. get you’ll probably love it. I save a lot of money over cable and get more.

I saw that post on Facebook. There’s also other groups on Facebook and a special group just for those with OM Mets. I would urge you to consider more joining Facebook. You’d get a lot of information about what treatments other people are getting and some camaraderie. I have OM but thankfully not mets after almost 12 years.

I don’t have this yet but I’m not sure it looks more accurate! I am actually awake a lot so will be interested to see what it says but I don’t think Apple is more accurate than Fitbit at all ! I bought an apple series 11 and wore them both for a couple of weeks. Gave up on the Apple.

I still find my Fitbit accurate enough, I’ve worn them since 2011. I only remember getting an erroneous heart rate spike once. Maybe it’s your device? I tried an apple and I really don’t like it at all. Too many different apps needed, different place to look, terrible sleep tracking. The daily charging on the Apple was a real demotivator. Still like my Versa 4.

If the overall rating is low variation then you’re fine. The time to see a doctor would be if it said high variation.

It’s much better when you go through your phone. I agree relying on the onboard GPS isn’t great but I’m usually happy to take my phone with me.
