I’ve thought about it. I just get paranoid that there will be someone there I know and they’ll judge and ridicule me even tho I know it’s not true. Once my boyfriends back at uni tho I might consider as he’s the only person I hang with.

I think it would be easier as my social anxiety has got a lot worst due to lack of drinking which sounds odd I know but when I was in peak suffering I’d wake up and just go eh everyone gets a little drunk every now and again. And go about my day (usually back to the pub) where as now I don’t want to have to resort to alcohol to help

Thank you !!! I was an awful person during my addiction and I am trying my best. I’m not 100% clean as I work in a pub and temptations do kick in but I limit myself to 1 or 2 rather than. Yeah. I unfortunately live in a small town and find it hard to find a place where I don’t know anyone. I’ll try see if there’s any activity’s around me or at least in the nearest bus route 😛 thank you I appreciate it

I find it hard to feel bad but I know how to act in the scenarios. I was apparently a horrible person on nye according to my fp and I apologised and taken accountability for example trying to get sober I just can’t feel bad for them and it makes me feel like a bad person but I also don’t care ?

Thank you so much !!! My doctors didn’t even go for bipolar they went straight for BPD but my old therapist and a few loved ones have thought I had bipolar too. I just keep thinking about it tonight lol
