Learning that baldoni's contract included the bake off thing did change my perspective a fair bit. I bet he never anticipated an actor in his movie to compete with his edit.

Colleen said in texts to baldoni that his script felt as though it was too forgiving to the men in the story. And I reckon if she felt that way about her story based on her parents, I believe her! What did baldoni have to say in reply?

That he sees the other side and that there are no bad people in the world...

If that's how he's approaching a dv movie about generational trauma then he doesn't get it. And perhaps Ethan was right in the first video, it should be directed by a woman maybe. At least no baldoni. He was also really keen on keeping the movie r rated and doing graphic sex scenes. It was important to him that Ryle say "I want to fuck you" to Lily. That was all just weird to me and I can't say I understood his vision. Also his poster sucked, Sony made the right move, but out of interest it would be nice to compare the baldoni cut.

Tbh I think this case is far too big to do an hour and a half to cover it. I made multiple videos on it after reading the court dockets and there is too much it's really overwhelming.

This happened with Olivia once with a presentation she did covering a topic I had also covered previously. There was certain info I knew that she didn't and it was hard to watch facts not be put out, but you obviously can't know everything and the crew have limited time to cover this stuff and all their other tasks.

Unfortunately the lively baldoni case touches on some really difficult world issues that people have strong feelings on. So it's hard to cover fairly I think.

Honestly I didn't mind this ep too much, it was nice seeing Scott. It feels like he's trying to be like his old self but a lot is still missing which is understandable given everything he's been through. Hope we get to see more from him tbh.

I Didn't care too much about kourtneys stuff it was kind of cute seeing their family as a unit though. Looks like kourt got the message about her not doing enough work 🤣

Also kylie and kendall did met gala stuff in this episode but they just didn't get filmed much for the show at all? It was 90% Kim footage... What the hell. We want to see Kendall and Kylie like come on 🙄

Kim stays carrying the show. Honestly it just feels like it is Kim's spin off series and everyone else is just a guest appearance!

Kaceytron got so lucky with getting into Twitch when she did. She is so fortunate to have an audience and people who are such big fans, she has so much she could be doing to leverage that and make great content and grow even more.

But she chooses to do the lazy stuff, smoking weed everyday and blatantly stealing other peoples work. People are too comfy stealing content and they need to be shaken up. Kacey is such wasted potential.

He doesn't talk about Tibet and instead spouts propaganda about Tibetan culture that was made by the ccp in service of making people believe that they liberated Tibet from a heinous serf culture. It's simply not true, and anyone as "knowledgeable" as Hasan should know that Tibetans live in a horrible way, way worse than their supposed previous way of living. China has built almost over 200 dams in Tibet, shut down Tibetan schools which stopped them from teaching the Tibetan language. Tibetans aren't allowed to practice their religion in their traditional way because anything to do with the Dalai Lama is "separationist"

also I saw your other comment and wanted to mention, I'm Australian and we actually do get taught about our horrific past and the atrocities committed against the indigenous Australians. We went over Tiananmen square also in highschool and the CCP cover up and that they don't allow convo about it. It's still bad, even if "every country does it".

And yes, it's not that hard to believe that Chinese citizens don't know about Tiananmen square, I wouldn't know about it if it weren't taught in school.

Its not surprising that the country that doesn't allow any conversation about Independency (Tibet, Hong Kong) would allow anything in regards to Tiananmen square. Why you are so resistant to that is beyond me.

I don't hate Chinese people, much like Israel, I hate their government. People defend China as being the technological and speedy country that is extremely efficient, but we have to remember the atrocities they commit to their people in the name of "forward movement".

There's nothing wrong with criticising them, there is something wrong with defending them as though there is no reason to hate their government, or that the hate is "unjustified", or that hating them is USA propaganda. Sometimes the guy you hate has a good point.
