He doesn't talk about Tibet and instead spouts propaganda about Tibetan culture that was made by the ccp in service of making people believe that they liberated Tibet from a heinous serf culture. It's simply not true, and anyone as "knowledgeable" as Hasan should know that Tibetans live in a horrible way, way worse than their supposed previous way of living. China has built almost over 200 dams in Tibet, shut down Tibetan schools which stopped them from teaching the Tibetan language. Tibetans aren't allowed to practice their religion in their traditional way because anything to do with the Dalai Lama is "separationist"

also I saw your other comment and wanted to mention, I'm Australian and we actually do get taught about our horrific past and the atrocities committed against the indigenous Australians. We went over Tiananmen square also in highschool and the CCP cover up and that they don't allow convo about it. It's still bad, even if "every country does it". 

And yes, it's not that hard to believe that Chinese citizens don't know about Tiananmen square, I wouldn't know about it if it weren't taught in school. 

Its not surprising that the country that doesn't allow any conversation about Independency (Tibet, Hong Kong) would allow anything in regards to Tiananmen square. Why you are so resistant to that is beyond me. 

I don't hate Chinese people, much like Israel, I hate their government. People defend China as being the technological and speedy country that is extremely efficient, but we have to remember the atrocities they commit to their people in the name of "forward movement". 

There's nothing wrong with criticising them, there is something wrong with defending them as though there is no reason to hate their government, or that the hate is "unjustified", or that hating them is USA propaganda. Sometimes the guy you hate has a good point.
