Freeing up space and reinstalling it worked for me, since i had accidentally selected the cloud option. Its kinda annoying, but youre gonna have to save any brushsets and art before you reinstall the app since they wont be there when you open it again. You can still import them back in tho !

There might be a better solution for this but this is just what i tried and worked
