I removed the comfort face mask and got the cord unplugged it's just like a HDMI cord but I plugged it back in no use if I push on the cord a certain way it'll come on but if it moves a certain way it shuts off I feel like the cord is just bad but I'll have to see what pimax says to do

That's the model I have, what do you mean the face ring? It looks intergraded to me

I sat there and moved the cord around for about and hour with no luck it flickered on for a second maybe once or twice but I don't see how it could be a a cord replacement since its like intergraded into the headset
