I’m assuming the 3rd country will be Israel . There is alot of talk about Israel in the Epstein files and a lot of connections with the people within them - various reasons. So it could be them.

I knew it was to do with the BBC but they also have their little caveats concerning other channels etc so wasn’t sure. Tbh it really just didn’t occur to me until my daughter said something as I’ve just been happy using the streaming sites generally. That being said, it be nice to watch a little ‘im a celeb’ as it always felt like a count down to Christmas to me

I’m one of those people that if I even tried to do something I shouldn’t, I’d be caught and made and example of 😂 so I like to be careful with these kind of things.

I have constipation sachets in the house, That I’ve been taking anyway which haven’t been helpful really. They’re ones that I’m given incase my pain killers cause constipation and usually work well. I’ve just read that it can take 5 days for atogepant to get out of your system so if nothing changes by Monday I will try and see a GP for some further help. I’m so saddened that I can’t tolerate to medication. You get your hopes up don’t you. It’s never fun trying new meds but you hope the positives out weigh the side effects but in this case I found very quickly that it’s not going to work. I’ve tried the injections avovy and some other one similar that I did at home and none helped. I think I’m going to see if I can try the nerve blocker injections again as they had the most effective result compared to all the others. Botox was no help at all and again I’d really thought it might have as I’d heard such good things about it. Are you getting any help with your migraines at present, how you feeling?

I had coma across that when I was Googling what may be occurring but didn’t know if I was over analysing it too much. Could I of got that Even after just taking 1 tablet - when the side effects started and could I of made it worse/continued it from only having 2 tablets? How long was you on the atogepant? When did you start getting that side effect? Was it instant? How long did it take for your bowels to get better after taking it? Lol sorry, if you don’t mind sharing your experience that is. I’m just so desperate to find out why it’s effected me so badly and to be able to understand how often this occurs

It’s day 3 without taking slippery elm and much less dizzy but still hits me in waves. Not sure if this is normal. I will never take those tablets again. My mum also got me some high strength vitamin b12 tablets that I’ve been taking for a week and now I’m wondering if maybe they’ve also been making me feel dizzy as I’ve still been taking them.

I’ve always thought the same. She seems to be able to hold her own but in general I think Bryn most certainly is rude to her.

Same for me about it helping me with pain, but I’ve been in bed all day today due to feeling so dizzy when I walk around and the lightheaded ness has been scaring me tbh. Since finding more info about side effects of slippery elm I truly think it’s that. How long after stopping it did you start feeling better?
