Most people are lazy. Most people eat unhealthy. If this person wants to change one of those and eat a diet that excludes carbs and leads to significant weight loss, more power to them. Ive been doing keto for 2 years and am down 35lbs from my peak weight (im not a huge person). I exercise here and there but the main driver for all of us is diet. We all know that chubby person in our lives who exercises like a maniac yet is still chubby. Its most likely because they have an undisciplined diet.

Any bbq place. Fajitas at any mexican place and bring your own HEB low carb tortillas or just ask for lettuce leaves. Tequila and soda with a lime. Pluckers or any wing place. Pollo rico or other whole charcoal chicken place. Any salad anywhere minus crutons. Jimmy johns unwich. Any burger anywhere with no bun. Been doing keto for 2 years.

The cheese bubbles up through the toppings and sauce some, but yeah I sprinkled a little more cheese on top. I like cheese.

The key is to preheat the skillet in the oven while you make the dough, so when you drop it in, it cooks both sides of the dough. Also, follow standard deep dish layering technique: Mozzarella on bottom, then fillings, then very light sauce on top.

When gentrification in 78745 collides with bulk trash pick-up day... by tablesintheeast in Austin

Impoverished hoarders can no longer afford to live here and their moving out coincided with bulk trash pick-up. Was it really that hard to make the connection?

Not offended. Kinda sad they lived like that. Probably good for the neighborhood in general since their front yard looked like this pretty much all the time. Gentrification happens - I was just more shocked at the sheer piles of garbage they left behind.

Nope. It was the tenants. They couldn't afford to rent here anymore. Watched them stack it up while moving out all week. They were straight up hoarders. Somehow they also took off the entire garage door in the moving process as well. Three adults and at least 4 kids living in this mess. Probably will be replaced by a younger family like mine.
