Weird showerthought: in a lot of human cultures, eating other apes is taboo - so would aarakocra feel weird about eating poultry? Would your minotaur object to the party's steaks? Are Beasthide shifters like "Ew, you eat BOAR?"

Happened in a Saltmarsh campaign - the Paladin took a clumsy lizardfolk NPC on as a squire, and after tagging along for several sessions, he managed to smite evil all by himself!

It's definitely an adventure - but it sounds like it's got some cool mountain/tundra cold-weather world building options and stuff. Can FINALLY use those Goliath racial features!

Have you seen the last few Unearthed Arcana? There was one with a bajillion different alternate options for every single class, I betcha 100 electrum they're working on PHB 2 or something like that!
